The account executive works with the account manager, Sr. account executive and GM to market and secure new projects for the agency, manages client-agency relationship by acting as a link between client and the brand development team. He is responsible of understanding the client’s brand, briefing the brand development team, and overseeing the project from signature to execution. The executive’s roll will be to develop the creative brief
and assign project work, coordinate and manage client relationships, and act as liaison with the different stakeholders (clients, suppliers, collaborators). Other important components of this position will be to conceptualize, execute and optimize brand-building initiative.
Responsibilities
Secure, negotiate, and pitch for new projects / project details and clients on behalf of:
1.Influence Branding & Digital .
2. Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their branding requirements.
3. Liaise closely with affiliated partners, freelancers, and other agencies.
4. Assist writing proposals and sales materials to support the Account Management Team.
5. Manage project cost, and profitability through managing the allocated time for the project and any outsourced work.
6. Oversee projects to completion and ensure that they are in compliance with the specifics detailed in the signed Insertion Order or client specification.
7. Act as a liaison with all client contacts to coordinate and manage the flow of
information and materials as it relates to implementing the project or campaign.
8. Manage timelines with graphics, content, legal, traffic and other areas o of the Agency, as well as, with the client to maintain scheduled deadlines on projects.
9. Delegate workflow, review client services, and develop client reports.
10.Working with agency colleagues to devise concepts and campaigns that meets the client’s brief and budget.
11. Presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the creative team), the project / campaign ideas and budget to the client;
12. Brief media, production, creative staff, and assisting with the formulation of branding strategies.
13. Handling budgets, managing project costs and invoicing clients;
14. Monitoring work quality and campaign effectiveness.
15. Manage and execute marketing strategies and social media strategies and plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Business .
• A minimum of one years of experience as and account executive, project manager or a marketing officer in a related industry(Advertising/ PR/Marketing/ Activation/Media).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially communication skills, orally and written.
• Project management skills.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic
• Excellent problem solving/analytical skills, able to see the big picture as well as to dive into the details.
• At ease with oral presentation in English and Arabic.
