About the company: Ideal Solution is a leading company in the Audiovisual Solutions and large LED display and advertising screens.

Job brief: We are looking for a Procurement Specialist in Audio Video industry to join our team and help manage our organization’s procurement needs.

Procurement Specialist responsibilities include researching new suppliers in this industry, ensuring that all purchased products and materials meet our specifications, and negotiating with vendors as needed.

Ultimately, you will work with leaders in our organization to understand the needs of our organization and ensure we achieve our supply goals in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

· Researching and identifying prospective suppliers in Audio Video industry.

· Liaising with internal projects teams and maintaining strong supplier relations.

· Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria.

· Track inventory and restock goods when needed.

· Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions

· Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements.

· Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.

· Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings.

· Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.

Professional Qualifications & Experience:

· A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement.

· Experience in Audio & Video is a plus.

· Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role in Audio Video industry (Preferable).

· Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.

Personal Skills:

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Strong analytical thinking.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, purchasing and resource planning systems.

· Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.

· The ability to organize and prioritize own work and as such have responsibility for discrete work packages ongoing simultaneously.

· The ability to work in a team as well as individually with a minimum of supervision.
