We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Executive/Manager to join our team and drive sales of our digital twin product. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and managing accounts, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling digital twins to clients in the oil and gas, smart cities, and other relevant fields, and a technical background in engineering or a related field.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive the adoption of our digital twin product.
• Identify and qualify sales leads, conduct technical sales presentations, and negotiate and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their technical needs, and provide technical solutions to their problems.
• Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure the success of sales efforts.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue growth and market share.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, with a track record of success in selling digital twins to clients in the oil and gas, smart cities, or related industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of digital twins, IoT, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical products and solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
