Job summary
Maintain existing customer and get new leads by following up for projects and building strong relationships with customers and other related business partners.
Assist customers technically, commercially.
Follow up with operations to make sure that order reaches client on time.
Handle client account from beginning to end.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Selection & calculation of KBE products.
Ø Preparation of compliance statements / material Submittals and replying to consultant comments until approval.
Ø Samples requests from factory.
Ø Assisting the Contractor’s/Consultant’s design engineers with technical solutions.
Ø Assisting the project engineers with installation instructions.
Ø Site visits for inspection when requested by contractors.
Ø Negotiating tender and contract terms.
Ø Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
Ø Recording and maintaining client contact data and project data.
Ø Recording and maintain follow up project status.
Ø Analyzing costs and sales before closing contracts.
Ø Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Ø Liaising with other members of the sales team for trading products.
Ø Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
Ø Administering client accounts.
Ø Managing and responding to all customer requirements.
Ø Meeting regular sales targets.
Ø Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Ø Solving client problems.
Ø Check LPO if the order complies against the approved technical submittal and specification of projects respectively.
Ø Making sure that the Payment Term as stipulated in the LPO is as per the Agreed Terms of Payment.
Ø Coordinate with factory to finalize delivery schedule accepted by customer.
Ø Make sure order reaches client on time.
Ø Follow up for payment and Dues.
Ø Other duties as assigned.
