Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in sales or call centre
Professional and Personal Skills:
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business deals.
• Ability to handle multiple functions at one time while paying strict attention to detail and
deadlines
• Ability to maintain a courteous and patient demeanour while answering incoming customer
service calls
• Be an active listener who can show empathy while exemplifying professionalism and a positive
attitude
• Articulate and well versed with making presentations and sales pitches to prospective and
existing clients
• Aggressive follow up skills to ensure that deadlines are met
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve best possible outcome out of a sales interaction
Other Requirements:
• Highly fluent in English. Bilingual is a plus
• Available to work in shifts, on weekends & public holidays
Job Description:
• Position reports to Sales Manager
• Deliver the highest level of customer service by appropriately providing up to date knowledge
about price, promotions, discounts and special packages as well as answer customer questions
and concerns
• Consistently upsell and cross-sell, based on the customer’s needs
• Handle and resolve customer issues & escalate those that cannot be resolved to the Operations
Manager
• Handle regular, party, corporate & group bookings via phone calls, emails and social media
• Handle on site bookings by providing information regarding the packages and closing the sale
• Achieve the monthly & yearly booking targets and report the Sales Manager on the same
• Place initial phone calls to qualify and warm up leads and generate interest
• Prospecting, cold calling, and making appointments with new leads
• Follow-up calls to prioritized leads and ensure customer follow up via, email, call or
appointment
