We are currently seeking a dedicated Physiatrist to provide exceptional medical care and rehabilitation services at Dr. Ali Al Qahtani’s Clinic.
Position: Consultant Physiatrist
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
2. Provide expert guidance and medical care to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other physical disabilities or impairments.
3. Prescribe and oversee various rehabilitative therapies, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and pain management strategies.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and other specialists, to optimize patient outcomes.
5. Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and research in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
6. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
7. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, prognosis, and the importance of active participation in the rehabilitation process.
Qualifications:
1. Medical degree (MD or DO) and board-certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
2. Valid state medical license and the ability to practice within the designated region.
3. Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of physical disabilities and injuries.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with patients and their families.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
