We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Relations Executive to join our healthcare/diagnostics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and tapping new clients and customers, generating prescriptions from doctors, and ensuring smooth coordination between various stakeholders. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
New Client Development: Identify potential clients and customers through market research and lead generation activities. Develop strategies to approach and convert new leads into long-term clients.
Sales Visits Planning and Execution: Plan and schedule daily sales visits to medical practitioners, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions. Conduct persuasive sales presentations to promote our services and secure business partnerships.
Relationship Building with Healthcare Professionals: Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers in the medical community. Engage in networking events and medical conferences to expand the customer base and generate prescriptions.
Collection and Outstanding Follow-Up: Track and follow up on outstanding payments and collections from clients. Communicate with clients professionally to ensure timely payments and resolve any payment-related issues.
Coordinating with Internal and External Stakeholders: Facilitate seamless coordination between logistics, collection centers, patients, doctors, and other relevant parties. Ensure that all stakeholders are well-informed and satisfied with the services provided.
Customer Query Handling: Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately. Provide comprehensive information about our services, resolving concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.
Guiding and Assisting Support Staff: Provide guidance and support to phlebotomists and receptionists in making effective follow-ups and telephone calls to clients. Ensure their adherence to high-quality service standards.
Organizing Seminars and CMEs: Collaborate with relevant teams to organize seminars and Continuing Medical Education (CME) events. Ensure successful execution and participation from medical professionals.
Marketing and Promotional Activities: Contribute to marketing strategies and promotional activities to create awareness about our services. Utilize both traditional and digital marketing channels to reach potential clients.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients to evaluate satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the team to implement enhancements for better customer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and customer relations, preferably in the healthcare/diagnostics industry.
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, medical terminology, and diagnostic services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking abilities and ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Flexibility to travel frequently for sales visits and attend events.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
