Location: 100% Remote (occasional travel required)

About the role: We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Executives to join our team at Holiday Swap. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our user base and driving revenue growth by promoting our platform to potential customers. Your enthusiasm for travel and your sales acumen will contribute to the success of Holiday Swap and the satisfaction of our users.

Please note that this is not your typical 9-5 job. With the business scaling at such a pace, it is all hands on deck to continue reaching our milestones! Out of hours work will be required to continue our accelerated growth.

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out and target potential customers through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry partnerships.
Develop and nurture a pipeline of leads to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of the Holiday Swap platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales process and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotional activities.
Identify and understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to effectively communicate how Holiday Swap can meet those needs.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Keep up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes using CRM software.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Holiday Swap in the market.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the travel industry or with travel technology is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with potential customers and build rapport.
Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Motivated and results-oriented with a passion for achieving goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Adaptability to evolving product offerings and market trends.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
