Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications, and also responsible for designing and implementing ITSM solutions such as Ivanti Service Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience with ITSM Solutions Implementations, preferred with Ivanti solutions.
Experience in implementing IT solutions in large enterprises.
Preferred to have ITIL knowledge and certification.
Preferred to have MCSA/E and CCNA
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Location: KSA or Jordan
