Job Summary: The HCM Functional Consultant – Payroll is responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of payroll processes within Human Capital Management (HCM) software systems. This role involves understanding client requirements, configuring payroll modules, conducting system testing, and ensuring smooth payroll operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in implementing and configuring payroll modules within HCM software systems.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
