Sales Executive” is required in a reputable Electronics Manufacturing company located in Saudi Arabia
Job Location: Dammam & Neom
Responsibilities: –
· Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
· Gather feedback from customers or products/services and communicate this feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
· Address and resolve any product or service complaints, ensuring that solutions are timely and satisfactory.
· Handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, ensuring that the company policies are followed and customer expectations are met.
· Generate reports on after-sales metrics. Including customer satisfaction, return rates, and common issues or complaints.
· Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies, and potentially provide training to other staff on after-sales processes and best practices.
· Work closely with sales, marketing, field operations, accounts, and product teams to ensure alignment in customer messaging and to share feedback.
· Work towards improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.
Requirements: –
· Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
· Minimum 5 years of experience.
· Very good Command of English in both written and spoken.
· Must be well versed with MS Office and must have worked in an ERP environment.
· Previous experience of after sales support, customer care, or related role.
