Urgent requirement for Leading Oil and Gas company in Oman
Position Name: Senior Commissioning Engineer (Gas Pipeline Experience only required)
Job Type: Rotational 6 weeks on/2 weeks off
Food, Accommodation and Transport provided by Company
Degree in Chemical Engineering Must
Processing and Gas Pipeline Experience must
Salary Budget up to 1200 OMR + Food ,accommodation and transport by Co.
Department/Section: Project Delivery
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead the site CSU activities under the direction of commissioning lead.
2. Ensure that projects RFT and CSU deliverables are approved in coordination with Asset Owners requirements & expectations. This includes other stakeholders as well.
3. Maintain and monitor site progress against the projects and C & SU schedules.
4. Coordinate with the construction teams the site and interface activities.
5. Manage 3rd parties’ interfaces in coordination with the EPC contractors.
6. Ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities meet procedural requirements.
7. Ensure that all HSSE and other relevant policies and standards, statutory requirements are complied.
8. Monitor and verify that all contractors commissioning procedures and activities are in line with commissioning practices.
9. Support in developing and delivering RFT activities.
10. Provide necessary engagements and assurance that the facilities are commissioned and started-up in reference to Right First-Time program guidelines.
