Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a background in

Electrical Engineering to lead our Riyadh project. Candidate should have a solid

experience in Low Current Systems, particularly in CCTV and Access Control.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and

objectives.

– Oversee all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation to closure.

– Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in

a timely and clear manner.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

– Allocate resources and coordinate project staff to meet project objectives.

– Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

– Utilize core expertise in Low Current Systems, with a focus on CCTV and Access

Control.

– Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure technical specifications are met.

– Implement and adhere to quality assurance processes, ensuring project deliverables

meet high standards.

– Identify and proactively manage project risks.

– Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and

progress reports.

– Apply PMI methodologies to project management processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

– 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical engineering

projects.

– Strong background in Low Current Systems, specifically CCTV and Access Control.

– PMP certification is a plus.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within

budget.
