Looking for a Machine Learning Engineer for the reputed client BIG4 Consulting, Oman location.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems in areas such as computer vision,natural language processing, and recommender systems.
2. Develop scalable and efficient data processing pipelines to train and evaluate machine learning models on large datasets.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to identify business needs and opportunities.
4. Deploy machine learning models to production environments and monitor their performance over time.
5. Participate in research and development activities, such as explor- ing new algorithms and data sources, and publishing research papers or patents.
Qualifications:
1. Advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
3. Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
4. Knowledge of software engineering practices and tools, such as version control systems, continuous integration and deployment, and agile development methodologies.
5. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Experience in a production environment, such as deploying and maintaining machine learning models at scale, is preferred.
