Avvale is looking for an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors (SF)/Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a highly skilled professional who is proficient in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors and ECP modules, with a strong focus on delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP SuccessFactors and ECP implementations, including system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Provide expert-level consulting for Employee Central and Payroll processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct training and provide support to end-users during and after implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SuccessFactors and ECP environments.
Ensure compliance with local Saudi payroll regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
At least 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll.
Proven track record of at least 2 full cycle implementations of SAP SF and ECP.
Proficiency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.
Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and payroll regulations.
The candidate must be currently based in Riyadh or have a valid entry visa for Saudi Arabia.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
