Requirements:
– 1-5 years of experience in medium to large-scale construction
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
– Own a car and a valid driver’s license
– Preferred experience in the Quantity Surveying (QS) field
Responsibilities:
– Client representation and project management for large-scale developments.
– Tracking project timelines, finances, quality, and overall progress.
– Reviewing quotations, arranging procurement, and managing correspondence.
– Reviewing monthly invoices, payments, and project reporting.
