Low Current Project Manager Role Purpose
Ensure proper control of BMS project execution as per standards so as to meet Client Satisfaction & to maximize project profitability.
Responsibilities:
Managing and tracking costs against budget
Develop project planning and define priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones
Creating, maintaining and communicating project plans
Support of and communication with all field employees, supervisors, managers and customers
Help develop solutions and technologies that will meet the business needs and objectives
Responsible for supporting development & maintenance of best practices & technical documentation standards for systems projects
Ensure projects are implemented and delivered within set deadlines
Managing and developing the team to ensure objectives are met and staff is supported and motivated.
Qualification & :
Must-Have a Bachelor or Masters in Engineering focused degree or equivalent mechanical/electrical/Mechatronic qualification
A minimum of seven (7) years post-training experience, preferably including building services, building control systems (HVAC, Lighting, metering), and/or design of critical engineering environments.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management and related field
Good Management experience in operational and construction environments
Demonstrate a confident and determined approach
Adaptable to the balance commercial and technical requirements of the task
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Support on-going continuous improvement initiatives including the development of control system processes
All respondents to this position must be eligible to live and work in the UK
Conversant in a variety of control systems
Experience in a client-facing role
Strong English verbal/written communication skills
Multi-disciplined engineering skills
