We are looking for a talented sales executive to drive our company vision and promote our e-commerce business in Qatar.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Based in Qatar.

• Work full time for 6 days a week.

• Solid English language skill in both written and verbal communication.

• Has Sponsorship Transfer.

• Has outdoor sales Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute exciting sales and marketing strategies.

• Develop a campaign that builds customer engagement and positions.

• Take a lead role in driving growth in key markets within the state of Qatar that will engage and excite our prospects.

• Maximize the sales volume by maintaining professional customer service and outstanding product knowledge.

• Lead Sales objectives and Marketing strategy; focus on:

• Strategic Sales: create and implement successful sales and marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns.

• Brand evangelist: develop and embed our brand positioning and uphold our brand standards.

• Results focus maximize results and ROI, plus an aptitude for turning data into actionable insight.

•  Future thinking: evolve to maintain a competitive advantage or to respond to market needs.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in experience in Sales and Marketing.

Skills:

• Deadline-Oriented and time management skills.

• Successful track record in senior sales & marketing roles with outstanding leadership,

communication, and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to deliver B2B and B2C marketing strategies for dynamic, growth-focused companies.

• Superb brand management skills, with a strong background in developing brand positioning.

• Experience owning and managing sales & marketing budget and maximizing ROI.

• Stakeholder management skills, with well-honed powers of influence, persuasion, and negotiation.

• Excellent analysis and evaluation skills, able to recognize when a strategy needs to pivot, and the ability the implement changes swiftly and efficiently

• Excellent Interpersonal and Teamworking skills.

• Tact, discretion, and diplomacy

• Creative thinker and Problem solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

• Customer Service oriented

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Commerce or Business Management discipline.
