Articulate the benefits of FireEye products and services for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Research and understand both the technical and commercial requirements of a sales opportunity to scope and architect a solution that meets the customer’s needs.
Conduct Proof of Value engagements on Sales opportunities. This includes installation and configuration of FireEye solutions, training customers on the use of FireEye products.
Work closely with customers to grow and expand the implementation/integration of FireEye products.
Presenting to small and large audiences is essential
Conduct technical workshops with internal sales engineering teams and existing or new customers.
Work closely with the local sales and sales engineering teams to respond to RFI or RFPs
Help our local/global marketing teams with public and virtual events to help grow the business
Provide product expertise and guidance to customers on the use of the above products
Understand and be conversant about FireEye competitors, their solutions, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Travel required across the region, including periods away from home to support activities e.g. PoV.
Qualifications
History of creating rapport with customers, from technicians to C-level executives.
5-10 years or equivalent experience in consulting or sales engineering with hands-on technical understanding of various technologies such as SIEM, EDR, AV, Proxies, Threat Intelligence, Web Filtering, Email Secure Gateways.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or Equivalent Experience.
Security certifications desirable (but not essential), CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.
Pre-sales experience in computer security and Threat Intelligence domains.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Experience working with large, complex organisations desired.
