Our client, a private financial services institution, is currently looking to hire a Risk Analyst with a background in risk management covering different areas within the risk field to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and determine the risks in order to assist the clients to make sound financial decisions
Assess potential risks in business systems and develop appropriate mitigation plans
IFRS-9 modelling – retail, wholesale validation
ICAAP reporting, stress testing and documentation
Model validation and data visualization using Python, SQL
Suggest enhancements to company process and policies to avoid operational risks
Perform risk analysis, management, and prevention activities for company systems
Analyze financial statements
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
1-5 years of experience in a risk management role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and other analysis programs
Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems
Basic knowledge of programming languages, such as SQL and Python – Ideal
