Responsibilities of Document Controller / Administrator
Responsible for performing basic clerical and administrative support for departments, moreover he is responsible for receiving and handling information.
Undertaking standardized office routines and information exchange.
Typing, recording, filing, and distributing e-mail and telephone reception.
Typing correspondence, reports and other documents to be approved by the Admin Manager.
Maintaining office files and records of decisions.
Subcontractor management/placing local orders/receiving, registering and circulating the subcontractor invoices.
Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post.
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Handling employees documents, vacancies, etc.
Verifying and reporting on benefits payments.
Maintaining the leave management system.
Requirements
University graduate.
Document control experience in a construction environment on a large project / Experience on an interior fit out project preferred
3+ years of relevant experience in GCC.
