Urgent Hiring : cost controller (Food and Beverages) for KSA operations based in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
· To control the Food & Beverage Cost.?
· In charge of Menu Engineering in terms of costing
· Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating / discussing with? relevant parties.?
· Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues pertaining to? F&B.
· Update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons.
· Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe
· Participate in stock-taking in all the outlets.
-Requirements:
•F&B experience is Must
• Minimum 3 years experience as Cost Controller.
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
• Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to generate budgets and reports.
• Able to check the daily Food & Beverage revenues report submitted by the income audit for the accuracy of covers and average check.
• Must have good experience in ERP.
•Previous experience as an inventory controller and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in using inventory management programs and MS Office applications.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
