We are seeking for an experienced Sales Executive for a Building Materials Company in UAE.
Job Location: Dubai
Mandatory Requirements:
· UAE Driving license and Emirate ID
· MDF sales experience
Job Responsibilities:
· Relationship Management – Develop relationships with traders, joineries, carpentries, building material distributors and other key players in the building materials industry (MDF, Melamine MDF and HPL industry)
· Sales – Endorse and sell building Materials products to key players of the industry
· Sales Conversion – Converting specifications received from joineries and carpentries into sales orders. Converting enquiries received from traders and distributors into sales orders.
· Information – Partner with the clients and gather information about new projects pitch products from Building Materials for these projects
· Collection – Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
· Technical Support – Offer technical support to customer and addressing any product-related queries or concerns.
· Market Analysis: Assess competitor products, prices, payment terms, designs and catalogues, delivery terms and other valuable information.
· CRM Maintenance: Develop and manage a comprehensive CRM system, capturing data and information of different clients.
· Product Presentation: Inform about the product to traders, joineries and potential clients about Building Materials’ product range and benefits.
· Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams like engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to ascertain that product development aligns with client expectations and market demands.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Degree in a relevant field or equivalent specific experience.
· A minimum of 5 years of related experience in sales and marketing of Building Material products like MDF Board, Melamine MDF Board, HPL, etc. in UAE and GCC markets.
· Good relations, network and connectivity with traders and distributors of building material products joineries and carpentries (dealing and making orders in MDF, Melamine MDF and HPL), as these companies are the main players who would be providing orders to the company
· Technical expertise related to building materials, particularly laminates and MDF.
