We are a leading Human Resource company based in Dubai, specializing in overseas recruitment. We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from 5000 AED to 8000 AED + C mission based on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients for overseas recruitment services.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the HR industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Knowledge of the overseas recruitment process is desirable.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
