Looking for a suitable candidate for the below Factory Manager position
Experience – 13+ years Experience in Steel Structures
• Responsible for act as a focal point between internal operations and client relations to ensure optimum performance of work being carried out in the project.
• Assist the project engineers in developing project objectives.
• Plan, organize to accomplish a successful project and arrange internal meetings to discuss unfamiliar project specific responsibilities and alert the benchmark of the project to all related departments.
• Coordinate the engineering requirements / clarification with the main contractor.
• Subcontractor management including preparation of agreement , coordination and follow ups for timely deliverables.
• Preparation of daily , weekly and monthly progress reports based on project requirements.
• Skilled in welding , manufacturing , lean manufacturing , piping and project control.
