• Inspection of hot kitchen equipment, refrigeration, dish wash machines, expresso coffee machines, small walk in chillers which were not working.
• Diagnosing the complaint properly,
• Submitting the service report indicating the parts required, reason for not working.
• Ability to repair the machines with necessary spare parts.
• Hand on experience in installation of all commercial kitchen equipment machines and commissioning
• Have knowledge of repairing in commercial laundry machines
• Ability to repair the combi steam oven.
• Electrical knowledge would be preferable.
• Good communication with customers
• Maintain good relations with customers.
