We are seeking a highly organized and approachable Receptionist with cashier experience to join our team in the entertainment industry. As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees, the Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for everyone. In addition to managing all incoming calls and ensuring efficient communication, the Receptionist will assist with administrative tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and handle cashier duties as needed. Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for all incoming calls and redirect them accordinglyGreet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and professional mannerProvide accurate information about the company and its services to callers and visitorsManage and maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized space at all timesReceive and sort incoming mail and packages, and distribute them to the appropriate departmentsAssist with various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and filing documentsCoordinate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Requirements

Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situationsKnowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus
