Job Purpose
To provide efficient service to customers to achieve customer retention and growth, to process transactions as instructed by Branch Management, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction / Service Standards
Meet & Greet customers at Counter/Lobby
Provide service to Retail and Commercial customers
Assist customers in filling up remittance applications forms, new Bank Account opening process and related services
Provide advice and guidance to customers where necessary
Handle Customer Queries, Complaints, Resolutions/Follow-up, Special Deals and other such activities
Financial / Sales
Play a proactive role in customer retention and branch marketing activities
Ensure optimal profit margins are maintained for transactions
Solicit referrals and initiate cross-selling opportunities to existing customers
Actively convert walk-in customers to IntroCard holders
Operations / Controls
Ensure assigned work activities are carried out as per Company policies and procedures, within the stipulated time period for the activity
Exercise due diligence in processes related to AML Compliance, KYC and customer transactions to ensure risk mitigation
Identify improvement areas and propose constructive changes to achieve operational excellence
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Graduate or equivalent in any related field
Experience
2 years of experience in a similar capacity
Previous exposure to large volume of cash handling is an added advantage
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of basic computer applications and operations
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Customer service oriented
Good quantitative skills
