Business Development Executives Jobs in Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, target industries, and key decision-makers in Saudi Arabia. Develop and execute strategies to secure new business partnerships and expand our client portfolio.
2. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, recruitment demands, and competition. Utilize this knowledge to develop effective sales strategies.
4. Business Proposals and Presentations: Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations that highlight our services, capabilities, and unique value propositions. Effectively present these proposals to prospective clients.
5. Sales Targets: Set ambitious sales targets in collaboration with the management team and work diligently to achieve and exceed them.
6. Negotiations and Contracts: Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutual agreement and adherence to company policies.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the recruitment and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and fulfilment of recruitment requirements.
8. Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand professional networks and represent Al Vakil International positively.
9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights for management review.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the recruitment industry or related services. Experience in the Gulf region and familiarity with manpower recruitment processes will be an added advantage.
3. K.S.A Driving License is a must
4. Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic and other regional languages will be advantageous.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
6. Result-Oriented: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
7. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
8. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
9. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
10. Availability: The candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia with a valid work permit.
