Alfath pharmacies
MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILL, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:
· Work experience in pharmacy field for at least 2 years after graduation is a must, preferably in retail pharmacy.
· Aware with the basics of computer handling.
TASK DESCRIPTION:
· Prepares and dispense medications to patients.
· Assessment of a physician orders (prescriptions) for appropriateness in dossing, interaction, potential allergies, and taking the appropriate action to resolve or communicate potential problems.
· Accurate profiling of orders into the computer.
· Contribute to Al- Fath internal & external educational or performance enhancement programs.
· Prepare periodical order from main warehouse for all items required or needed in the pharmacy.
· Monitor the stock status for all items in the pharmacy according to Al- Fath pharmacies policies and procedures.
· Receive, inspect and report all pharmacy orders received by the pharmacy from main warehouse.
· Communicate and educate customers about any item(s) they are interested in.
· Provide counselling for patients and / or customers relative to their specific needs.
· Provide periodical report(s) about pharmacy performance as per Al- Fath pharmacies policies and procedures.
· Supervised subordinates for all activities related to pharmacy practice.
· Adherence to NHRA rules and regulations.
· Do additional Tasks ordered by the Management.
