To develop plans and strategies by coordinating with the managers to achieve the sales target for Local market and CIS region.
To ensure that the products are made available to suit the needs of the customer and by adhering to the sales processes designed to improve the sales.
To keep abreast of the latest developments in the market by studying the competitor’s strategies and products, so that the possible threats can be identified and counter attack strategies can be designed.
To maintain trustworthy professional relationship with the existing as well as the prospective clients.
To select, analyze and validate the vendor requirements and maintain and update the database related to it.
Monitor the processing of orders and check that the distribution is running smoothly and that everything is on schedule. When the product has finally been delivered, you might have to deal with any complaints or queries that occur.
Other duties involve producing marketing plans, budgets and daily sales reports as required by company management.
Also organize sales briefings and conferences and visit international trade fairs as and when required.
Required Skills:
Proficient in spoken and written English & Russian.
Good understanding of Export/Import Documentations.
Knowledge in MS Office.
3 to 5 years’ experience in sales and working with international shipping and or logistics is preferred.
Knowledge in Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
Capability to work towards achieving the quality policy of the company and the quality objective of the department.
Capability to identify the risk involved in various aspect of the function, market scenario and other that will affect the business.
