● Reporting to Head/Sous chef
● Follow HACCP procedures
● Maintain hygiene standards at all times
● Lamination and Shaping of dough
● Producing creams, fillings, decorations, etc.
● Baking and decorating
● Ensure timing schedule is followed
● Daily temperature checks
● Equipment maintenance
Experience: 1-2 years in pastry/bakery
Skills:
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Good English communication, time management, organisation and planning skills.
● Attention to detail
● Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and
create high quality baked goods.
● Flexibility to work around business demands, including early morning, night, public holidays
● Ability to work in a hot, busy environment; stand, walk, use bakery appliances; and lift heavy items.
