Admissions Consultant for Apeejay Svran Group – Hayden & Reynott, Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

Help students choose courses and extracurricular activities that will help them get into their chosen programs and guide them for profile building and university interview preparation.
Manage end to end admission process from course selection to offer confirmation in the University.
Act as a SPOC for admissions processes value chain
Ensure successful completion of all the key milestones of the Admission process
Review and propose information on various courses, colleges, test prep products, application process and deadlines proactively.
Timely follow up with the students/parents for admission related queries.
Maintain the data of all registered students and their visa application status etc.
Coordinate with the universities for students’ recruitment
Represent foreign universities and strive for direct partnerships.
Organize marketing activities for promoting the company.
Attend the university training and workshops.
Curate programs in sync with the market requirements in consultation with reporting head / leaders.
Organize events and represent the company at college fairs, high schools, and taking care of other promotional opportunities
Highlight the benefits of specific universities, programs, and courses in order to attract students.
Arrange & coordinate campus tours and conduct information sessions.
Approach different foreign universities for student recruitment tie up on commission/ scholarship offered basis

Job Knowledge & Requisite Skills:

Excellent knowledge of the admissions process for countries like Dubai, Mauritius, USA, Europe, Canada, Australia, Singapore, UK and others.
Must have 3+ years of experience in Application services and Admission services counseling.
In depth knowledge of university admission processes and requirements
Extensive knowledge of study abroad programs
Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Ability to work independently, and to arrange information sessions, set appointments and promote the company in a positive manner.
Ability to follow directions and complete tasks accurately as well as accept supervisory input and constructive criticism.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint & CRM tools.

Education Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / Post Graduate Degree (preferably in Sales/Marketing) and candidate with higher grades will be considered
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar field will be considered
