Arta Real Estate is seeking a Sales Specialist who is fluent in Russian to join our team and strengthen our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, as well as a master’s degree in business or a related field.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals
Identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with potential clients
Conducting market research and analyzing customer feedback to improve sales strategies
Collaborating with team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns
Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
Providing excellent customer service to maintain and grow client relationships
Maintaining accurate sales records and preparing sales reports for management
Requirements:
Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
Master’s degree in business or a related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
UAE driving license is preferred
