Alsafwah Dairy
Scope: Maintain the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the maintenance manager and supervisor. Carry out tasks given by the maintenance manager and supervisor. Good to have experience in the Dairy industry and maintenance skills on machines related to combi block, trepko, AVE, pasteurizers, heaters, boilers, etc.
Accountable for:
General
Health and safety of self, employees and others within working environment.
Daily maintenance and repair records.
Responsibilities:
Carryout the task given by Maintenance Supervisor.
Schedule and complete the preventive maintenance program on machineries.
Trouble shoot machine breakdown.
Spare parts control and records.
Follow company hygiene standards.
Coordinate with operators / supervisors for preventive maintenance.
Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
Maintain and secure work tools.
Clean and maintain work area.
Ensuring scheduled checks for spotting any malfunctions.
Follow up corrective actions and implement counter measures to minimize reoccurrence of faults.
Responsible for all equipment and facilities breakdowns, corrective actions and counter-measures.
Monitor and maintain all equipments and machinery as assigned.
Work within expense limits established.
Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
Measurements:
Manage time and meet all specified deadline.
Plant machinery efficiency.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Must be able to work in rotating shifts. Work week is five days per week, 45 hours of regular scheduled hours.
Required to observe all safety and health requirements for office environment.
