Responsibilities
Designing and developing complex software applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
Leading and mentoring a team of junior developers, providing guidance and assistance where needed.
Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets project requirements and adheres to coding standards.
Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to other developers.
Debugging and resolving complex technical issues that arise during development or testing.
Ensuring that software applications are secure, scalable, and performant.
Staying up to date with the latest software development trends, technologies, and best practices.
Participating in agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
5-8 years of experience working with Microsoft .NET framework and related technologies.
