Brief Job Description:

Fair Knowledge of procurement best practice, effective process, tools, and techniques.
Manage Baja Indirect purchases. Adhere to and implement procurement policy and procedures.
Maintain supplier data base and negotiate price, quantity, quality, and time schedule to meet requirements.
Identify alternative sources of supply (SOS) as required for cost and risk mitigation strategies.
Update price list/rate cards on biannual basis or when needed and maintain individual supplier pricing.
Prepare purchase orders & follows procurement guidelines to monitor, measure, improve and analyze.
Periodically benchmark materials external market for competitive offering for all commercial terms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or any related field.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Maintain high Ethics Standards, Act with Integrity & Transparency.
Fast learner, Play to Win, Foster Collaboration & Teamwork, and Prioritize & Execute are necessary skills.

Experience:

Fresh graduate / previous experience is preferred.
