Educational Trainer (Fresh Graduates are Welcome!)
We are currently seeking full-time energetic individuals who have a strong desire to positively impact the lives of others through our intensive training program. We provide a specialized curriculum for students in an intense, one-on-one environment to improve learning, reading, and math.
Responsibilities:
– Train and excel in our intensive training curriculum
– Maintain student progress and share feedback with teammates for student success
– Work within guidelines to customize and optimize each client’s program with supervisory guidance.
– Collaborate with other team members and maintain a professional work ethic
Requirements:
– Experience with and/or willingness to work with children
– Fluent English Speaker (We welcome all nationalities!)
– Enthusiastic, energetic and upbeat
– Quick learner – Training provided
– Highschool graduate diploma is a minimum requirement
What we provide:
– Competitive Salary
– Transferable Visa 18
– 5 days of work per week either Sunday – Thursday or Saturday – Wednesday
-Working hours either 10 AM – 6 PM or 12 PM – 8 PM
– Yearly vacation (30 days)
– Additional time off during the year when we are closed (not including Kuwait Government Holidays)
