Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist (Google Ads & Facebook Ads)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Management:
Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to meet client objectives and KPIs.
Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and adjust ad spend, bid strategies, and targeting options to achieve the best ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to apply best practices.

Ad Creative Development:
Collaborate with our creative team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with client branding and campaign goals.
Perform A/B testing of ad creatives to identify high-performing variations.
Ensure ad designs are optimized for various devices and formats.

Budget Management:
Set and manage advertising budgets for each campaign.
Monitor daily spend and make adjustments to stay within budget while maximizing results.
Provide clients with regular budget and performance reports.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and trends.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Use data to make data-driven recommendations and optimizations.

Conversion Tracking and Optimization:
Implement and maintain conversion tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Continuously optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates.

Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their advertising campaigns.
Communicate campaign progress, results, and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, including a successful track record of driving results.
Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are a plus.
Proficiency with advertising tools, analytics platforms, and bid management software.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape in Dubai and the UAE is advantageous.
