Learning Support Assistant (Shadow Teacher) position in a specialist multidisciplinary team in a clinic committed to offering patient centred, evidence based and compassionate care to international standards.
The role is school based and the post holder will report directly to the Learning Support/Shadow Supervisor .
This position is best suited for a graduate in the field of Psychology or Behavioral sciences from an accredited educational institution, college or university.
Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement. RBT training is an essential requirement with minimum of one year experience in a school/clinical environment.
The post holder will be responsible for:
Implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis and its methods to work towards making the child independent
Implementing shadowing services for student and collaborating with student’s educational team
Adhering to school’s policies and guidelines
Following strategies advised by Shadow Supervisor
Data collection
Material development (as needed)
Writing daily update on the school day to the parents and supervisor.
Participation and attendance to client’s parent and teacher meetings (when applicable)
Supporting client assessment needs
