CAREER OPPORTUNITY: VISA APPLICATION OFFICER
Capago MENA Kuwait, an innovative Schengen visa outsourcing company for European diplomatic missions based in Kuwait, is on the search for a dynamic Visa Application Officer, who speaks English fluently, with excellent customer service skills for its Kuwait branch. Capago is looking for an individual with the following requirements:
SKILLS:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent typing skills ( will be assessed on the date of your interview )
Excellent interaction & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS office package
Proficiency in emails
Problem solving & effective decision making
Ability to handle pressure
Motivation, communication, engagement in team work
Energetic, proactive, multi-task, team-player
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant diploma/ bachelors degree.
Tertiary qualification in communications or customer service is an added advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in a customer service field as a customer care/service consultant would be an added advantage.
A market related salary will be offered. Successful candidates will also participate in the monthly incentive scheme offered by the company.
