Capital Motion Restaurant Management is an Abu Dhabi based hospitality development and management company.
Our portfolio includes 11 restaurants with the first of a series of franchise cafes, all of them located in the most desired areas of Abu Dhabi. Each restaurant features a unique ambiance, cuisine, and superior service.
Position: Art Director
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of the company and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion. By having a knowledge of emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able create cross-channel deliverables to clients that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the team of Graphic Designers to evaluate company needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for ad campaigns.
Develop and present creative projects that support agreed upon goals and strategy
Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
Establishing budgets and timelines and delivering the finished campaign within those parameters.
Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (digital, print, and motion)
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in visual communications
1 – 2 years of digital and print design or advertising experience with a supporting portfolio.
Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
Breadth of style and design capability.
