**Job Description:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Stand Build Project Manager to join our team at ADNEC Services. As a Stand Build Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the construction of exhibition stands, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
– Collaborate closely with clients and designers to ensure stand designs align with their vision.
– Select and manage suppliers, contractors, and labor for stand construction.
– Maintain strict budget control, tracking project expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
– Monitor project progress, adhere to deadlines, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
– Foster regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
– Oversee the installation of stands at event venues and manage on-site challenges.
– Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
– Maintain detailed records of project plans, costs, and communication for future reference.
– Employ effective problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during stand construction.

**Qualifications:**

– Experience in project management, specifically in event stand construction.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Familiarity with event logistics, construction processes, and health and safety regulations.
– Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
– Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving project requirements.
– Willingness to travel as needed, depending on project locations.
