Position Summary:
We are seeking a confident, organized Hostess to join a high-end restaurant’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for guests. They will oversee the front desk operations, take reservations, manage seating arrangements, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Greet guests and deliver hospitality in a professional and friendly manner.
-Coordinate dining room seating assignments, taking into account guest requests, special events, reservations, and table availability.
-Train and manage front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service, attention to detail, and meeting company standards and expectations.
-Assist with phone inquiries and first-line assistance, addressing guest concerns and requests promptly.
Requirements:
2 years’ experience in a high-end restaurant.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with guests.
