Description:
We are seeking a skilled Oil and Lubricant Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient and safe production of oils and lubricants. The ideal candidate should possess a 5 years strong technical background, hands-on experience with oil and lubricant manufacturing process and can identify and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process, addressing technical challenges promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance on manufacturing equipment to optimize performance and prevent breakdowns.
• Quality Control: Monitor product quality through various stages of production, performing tests and inspections to meet industry standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, chemists, and other technicians, to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.
• Training: Train and mentor junior technicians, ensuring a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.
• Environmental Compliance: Follow environmental regulations and best practices to minimize the environmental impact of manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent, a technical education or certification.
• With 5 years proven experience as Oil and Lubricant Manufacturing field.
• Strong knowledge of oil and lubricant processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
