We are seeking an Internal Audit Manager to Join our team in
Jeddah
Responsibilities:
• Create and lead an internal audit team.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit plan.
• Conduct independent and objective audits of the company’s financial and operational controls.
• Identify and assess risks facing the company.
• Make recommendations to improve the company’s risk management and governance processes.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and the audit committee.
• Oversee the implementation of agreed-upon audit recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest internal audit standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance or a related field.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or working with the Saudi Arabian jurisdiction.
• Strong understanding of risk management and governance frameworks.
• Soft skills: excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proactive and results oriented.
• Technical skills: data analytics, fraud detection tools, and relevant industry software.
• Experience in performing audits in the automotive and machinery commercial sectors are an advantage.
• Experience working with family businesses are an advantage.
