A leading reputed Refrigeration and AC company in Sulaibiya, Kuwait is looking to hire a Installation Engineer with the below requirements :-
1. To plan and schedule installation works on sites to meet the time plan as per company requirements.
2. To supervise the foremen and labor working on site including subcontractors to ensure work is completed as per schedule and according to the client requirements.
3. To prepare & check HVAC designs, identify and define the requirements for the systems for the project.
4. To meet the clients or their representatives on site / office to facilitate completion of work as per standards, meeting their requirements.
5. Identify corrective and preventive actions and follow up with the implementation, to enhance the operations and increase customer satisfaction.
6. To control material requisition and consumption to the minimum range for effective cost saving purposes.
7. To prepare monthly production report for all the activities on sites including check lists ensuring work is completed as per company standards, policies and procedures.
