Job Description:
* The experience shall include works involving soil excavation and earthworks, Piling, concrete works, block works, structural steel works and roofing, tank pads and bunds, and general activities associated with Earth fill/Building works/ Facility construction.
* Candidates who have worked in Oman, Oil & Gas projects and have PDO approval will have added advantage.
* Should have a good track record of working on large construction projects.
* Plan, coordinate, and manage the interface with various stakeholders and simultaneous operations across the project.
* Should have a good understanding of construction procedures and materials.
* Determine and optimize the needed resources (equipment, materials, and workforce) for effective and efficient execution of the project
* Ensure the subcontractors allocated to the site perform their scope per the agreed schedule.
* Timely mitigating issues that usually prop up during the project phase, thereby eliminating the risks of claims, overshooting milestone dates, and completion period.
* Ensure that all activities, direct or indirect, are carried out with full awareness with respect to the project specifications, battery limits, safety of men and machinery, and meeting the industry quality criteria.
* Attending the project review meetings
* Evaluate the progress and prepare detailed MIS reports flagging the areas of improvements done and the areas of concern with suggested solutions.
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English and Hindi languages.
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 7 to 10 Years
