Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing
An exciting opportunity as an Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing to join an ultra-luxury 5* brand in Oman.
To execute this position you must have these required qualifications:
– Minimum 7 years experience in a senior leadership/similar role in a sales and marketing setting within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
– An equivalent combination of education and experiences. Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Revenue Management or related field
– Understand the non-traditional, experiential approach of a luxury property.
– Strong communication and leadership skills.
– Must have advanced digital marketing knowledge and Advanced selling skills with familiarity with emotional intelligence.
– Business leadership, cross-cultural work environments exposure, and critical problem analysis/resolution skills.
– Marketing education in marketing strategies, advertising, client relations, social media, and selling with a combination of proven activities.
– Recognizing current trends, marketplace attitudes, and company intelligence.
– Very good command of written and spoken English.
