Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Surveying
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities:
– Leads the survey of a proposed project site during the tender stage to check the site conditions.
– Leads the survey of a project site during the planning stage to verify the accuracy of the project plan.
– Monitors the survey activities and ensures the proper following of methods to ensure accurate measurements.
– Monitors control point marks and ensures it is not removed or displaced.
– Checks all data retrieved from conducting surveys including calculations and measurements, as well as drawings, layouts, etc., and ensures its accuracy.
– Reports issues identified during the survey that are in conflict with the condition of the contract or specification.
– Reports discrepancies with the project plan found during the survey for proper action.
– Ensures that all observations and findings are properly recorded for analysis and reporting to the concerned departments.
